and your point is still invalid. If you had said "popular rap" in your first statement, I would have agreed, since it would have implied what suburbite America is listening to, i.e. 50 Cent, Lil Wayne, Souljah Boy and other useless artists. How about Pacs "brenda has a baby"? how about his most FAMOUS song "changes"? How about another famous song "dear mama"? Every artist has their stupid songs, it happens to be more prevalent in rap music because it reflects a culture you don't understand. Furthermore, no one in MO even HAS to understand it, so I understand WHY you have your frame of thought. Southern rap other than OutKast is pure fucking trash. Pac was a poet whether you say he is or he isn't, he played both sides. You can call the sky purple, doesn't change the fact. I would be happy to email you some songs to further clarify why he continues to sell records postmortem.
